At Arday Academy, we believe the first step in a child’s educational journey is the most important. Elementary Curriculum (K-5)
Literacy
Students learn phonemic awareness, sight words, and reading comprehension through leveled readers, interactive storytelling, and guided reading circles.
Numeracy
Core concepts such as counting, addition and subtraction, shapes, and measurement are introduced via hands-on manipulatives, digital games, and real-world applications.
Arabic & Quran Basics
Children master the Arabic alphabet, basic Tajweed rules, and short Surahs through multisensory activities-letter tiles, pronunciation guides, and animated recitations-to instill confidence and correct articulation from the start.
English
In K–5 English, students dive into phonics, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary with interactive e-books and fun, hands-on activities tailored to support personalized learning.
Math

In K–5 Science, students investigate fascinating topics such as plant and animal traits, chemical elements, the solar system, and the properties of light and sound. Social Studies
In K–5 Social Studies, students learn about geography, natural resources, basic economics, and both ancient and Islamic civilizations. Quran
Help your child achieve Quranic proficiency with our Quran Classes, which nurture Islamic identity and values from an early age through personalized instruction and proven teaching methods.
Arabic
Our K–5 Arabic curriculum includes the alphabet, phonetics, speaking, grammar, reading, and writing, with a strong focus on communicative Arabic. Designed for both native and non-native speakers, it also integrates Quranic verses and teachings to instill Islamic values and morals.
Islamic Studies
Our K-5 Islamic studies curriculum covers the Prophetic biography, the pillars of Islam and faith, ethics, and Sunan. Teachers make Islamic morals accessible and easy to understand, while promoting active participation and engagement.
